KWC CATCH THE CATWALK CAPERS FOR KIDz FASHION WEEK.
On a night of hype and excitement when a new crop of potential young models strutted the catwalk, two aspiring young photographers worked hard as they did their thing behind the cameras capturing the nights events, new faces and the latest looks for Summer.
The two young KWC Misha and Victoria dubbed by the event organizer Helen “her budding young photographers” cuddle up with her at the media launch of Kidz Fashion Week. She, like all the FOCUS FORCE FANS is anxiously awaiting the “magazine preview” on Wednesday Sept.28.

STOP PRESS. RED ALERT/ BREAKING NEWS/
FOCUS FORCE KWC COORDINATOR WHISKED AWAY FOR DISPARAGING WORDS ABOUT DARWIN’S CHINATOWN.
In a shock response to suggesting that Darwin was responsible for making false reports about the city’s heritage Phillip JW was taken on a journey where he was subjected to counseling by a visit to the Darwin Museum. After being dropped at the establishments doors the police van left alerting the public to his arrival sounding the siren. Having done his time inside, he was then sent to the beach to collect rocks. Then a two hour walk in 30 degree heat including doing more time at the Botanic Gardens, the cards were turned and he captured many free flowers with his camera. Footnote; those of you who have been to Darwin will most likely realize there is no Chinatown there. The museum is well worth the visit and inspiring. The gardens are extensive and provide a massive collection of tropical foliage and flowers. The walk is a long way, and better to take the bus. The wonderful generosity of the police officer incited me to something that I would most likely have not got around to. And on the walk back, I thought how lucky it was not both ways.
A KIDS WITH CAMERA GETS SOME IMPROMPTU HINTS IN OZ’S TOP END.
While travelling with a group of tourists on a WAYOUTBACK TOUR to Leitchfield Park in the Northern territory, FOCUS FORCE’S coordinator couldn’t help himself when he saw this young guy working on a massive rock outcrop. Showing him some ideas that brought a smile to his face, we hope the “Canberra-ite” might like to share them here on focusfor.wordpress.com sometime soon. It is an always a temptation to give Kids With Cameras some clues on how to improve their shots.
