That’s a lot of eyes from all over the world observing the SUPER SHOTS!

Thursday, May 22 the the number of people who have VIEWED the website, looked at the Kids With Cameras SUPER SHOTS and read of their exploits over the last 3 years have grown. It is no mean feat to achieve these figures, especially without the aid of facebook, and the other forms of social media available through the internet.  Together, with the people who send message via POSTS OF PRAISE all add to the value of what FOCUS FORCE is aiming for.

THEN there was more, another record was broken in the month. This time on the 30th when the daily tally; the numbers going through the roof and soaring to 75 for the day. This puts the tally ahead of last year for the same period, even with a low score for January.

Then when you read the viewers come from being all corners of the globe there is another platform of recognition. In the majority the lookers come from Australia, the US and then the UK. But, also we see heaps form all the other places including from South Africa to India to Thailand and even the odd one from Turkey.

Of recent there has been an interest from admirers in New Zealand. There is every possibility that there will be another thousand in the next half to the end of December. FOCUS FORCE intends to beat this number, and hopefully add two thousand to the final half.

Then another number was achieved for May with it being the second highest with 365 views. The highest remains 500 plus from July 2011. Will we break the all time this year?

The numbers mean one thing; the popularity of the site is growing and with that so is the number of people viewing the Kids With Cameras SUPER SHOTS.

About focusfor

The FOCUS FORCE photographic workshop program for Kids With Cameras is based in Melbourne, Australia. The projects have gone beyond the Victorian borders, into New South Wales, and Tasmania.Through others including a backpacker it has been provided to children in Thailand, and a teacher in Portugal has inspired children there as well. Apart, from the fun of learning about the camera and developing the skill of taking better photos; the best of which are raised to the status of SUPER SHOTS,the works have been mounted as collections under the banner of the FOCUS FORCE FRIENDSHIP EXHIBITIONS, and sent as gifts of friendship and goodwill to the United States, Italy, Japan, China - others are still being worked on. The program enrciches the children's knowledge, and as a side benefit makes them more aware of their own surroundings, and all that is to value where they live. Then comes the delight of being achievers, and having their self esteem boosted by their successes. The term "kids with cameras" was first used by the program's forerunner; CLICKER - the "club for kids with cameras", and dates back to the mid 1980's. The name change came about as wanting to be more appropriate to the older student group that the program now works with.
